We were first introduced to Roshal through an accounting firm with whom we have shared clients and closed successful transactions over the last several years. Roshal was at a transitory moment in its journey – entrepreneur-owned and bootstrapped yet clearly on the path toward scale. We reviewed the business model and its historical performance, believing in its model and its growth prospects. We knew it needed institutional capital and growth support with a strong private equity firm. After winning the mandate, we launched a very successful capital raise process, securing a growth-round investment from Camden Partners.
Fast forward two years, when it became time for another growth-round from a larger private equity firm, Roshal tapped our team again to help them secure a capital infusion to take the business to the next level.

Leveraging its expertise in the healthcare sector and extensive network of institutional investors, Uplift Partners played a critical role in facilitating the transaction and ensuring optimal terms for Roshal Health. Uplift effectively communicated its unique tech-enabled platform to investors, structured the financing round to support growth objectives while coordinating with legal counsel to navigate legal complexities for a seamless closing process.
The structured equity financing was led by Catalio Capital Management, a leading multi-strategy healthcare and life science investment firm, with participation from Green Street, a sector-specific private equity fund.

Use of Proceeds

Roshal will be using this capital to further expand its innovative tech-enabled platform as well as for specific growth initiatives and general corporate purposes.
