Quinn Carlson
Managing Director
Quinn is a founder of Uplift Partners and leads the industrial services and tech verticals. He specializes in strategic M&A and high growth capital raise transactions for privately-held businesses and entrepreneurs in the middle market.
Quinn’s career spans twenty years, beginning at Ernst & Young, transitioning to New York where he led the coverage of industrial manufacturing and services clients, and then at Duff & Phelps before he started Uplift Partners in 2015. Since Uplift’s founding, Quinn has closed several hundred million in M&A transactions for clients. Quinn specializes in industrial manufacturing, distribution, services and technology transactions.
Quinn holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Quinn is an avid outdoor swimmer, competing in various open water swim competitions and has served as the chairperson of a competitive youth swim program. He is very active with Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago. He and his wife live in Chicago and are raising two children.
Victor Culiuc
Managing Director
Victor is a co-founder of Uplift Partners and leads the healthcare technology and services vertical. He specializes in strategic M&A and high growth capital raise transactions for privately-held businesses and institutional investors in the lower to middle market.
Victor’s career spans three countries and two continents. Victor started his investment banking career at Credit Suisse and, before joining Uplift, was Managing Director in charge of healthcare technology and services at Healthios Capital Markets (HCM), a healthcare boutique investment bank in Chicago. Victor also developed unique experiences opening embassies in Austria and Germany, and working in global finance at the International Monetary Fund.
Victor holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an M.A. from Denver University in Economics and International Relations.
